Negotiator

Tim has been a negotiator for as long as he can remember. Resolving small conflicts early in life taught him how to resolve larger ones later. In law school, he achieved the Dean’s Award for his negotiating skills in class. In his professional work as an attorney, Tim focuses first on negotiating resolution. He has resolved issues with problem tenants and with problem landlords. He has successfully negotiated with the state government on behalf of landowners whose property was being taken. He has resolved deals gone wrong between private persons and businesses, where everyone has left the table satisfied with the result. If there is a good and inexpensive way forward for you by negotiation, Tim will be ready.

Litigator

Sometimes, despite best efforts, negotiation just won’t work. At that point, Tim is an aggressive litigator whom can guide you through the process of starting a lawsuit to what will happen during discovery, trial, and appeal. Tim is practiced at arguing cases in the courtroom and has worked on appeals at the Federal Circuit Courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. If your case must be litigated, Tim is prepared.
